This morning, Linda and her
niece, Maya, were having breakfast, when Maya exclaimed, "Hey, Aunt
Linda, do you know your Sims 2 site is one year old today?" "Wow! It is? Linda exclaimed. "We should have a party!" "Great idea," replied Maya. "I'll go call your friends!" |

While Maya spread the word, Linda couldn't contain herself. She was so excited! |
|
|
"I better take a nap cuz I know this party is going to last all day and all night." Maya decided. |
|
|
Linda got out all the new patio furniture and cleaned it. Then, she needed a little rest too. |
|
|
After getting rested up, Linda stocked the bar with plenty of beer and nuts. |
|
|
Then she put out the buffet, with presents, Jello punch, and Chinese takeout; and rested again. (I guess that hammock is pretty comfy.) |
|
|
The guests would be arriving soon, so Linda did some more last minute cleaning. She cleaned all the outside lights and replaced the bulbs. Then she watered all the flowers. |
|
|
Next, she washed all the tables and set out clean mugs and glasses. |
|
|
Soon the guests began to arrive. The punch was a big hit. |
|
|
This is a shot Maya took of Linda and her good friend, Suzy. Suzy tends to show up at parties in her underwear sometimes. |
|
|
After lunch, everybody went for a swim. Vic thought the water was too cold, so he wore a wetsuit. |
|
|
But, even with the wetsuit, he still decided it was too cold for him and he wanted a beer, so he climbed out. |
|
|
"Not too cold for me!" said Linda. I'm diving in! |
|
|
"Weeeeee! Cannonball!" |
|
|
The party went on all day and into the night. Even though Linda put out plenty of lounge chairs, everyone decided it was best and if they went home to their own beds. |
|
|
And then it was just Linda
and Maya again, tired and happy after a wonderful party. "Happy Anniversary, Aunt Linda," Maya said between yawns. "Thanks Maya," replied Linda. "It was a great idea. We'll have to do it again next year!" |
|
