NEW! I've just written a tutorial on using Publisher 2003 to create html mail, such as newsletters or announcements. I have never recommended Publisher for html but this new version does this VERY well. Read my tutorial here. Publisher files can easily be saved as web pages and added to any site. A simple example is this calendar. Making custom borders: I'm a big fan of the Border Art feature in Publisher, but I prefer to make my own borders. Try it out:
