Some Comments From My Online Students:

From Mark
Happy new year, I just wanted to send you a little thank you note for your excellent instruction material!!  But the more I thought about it, the best way to say thank you was by showing you proof of your instruction!! A novice such as yours truly using a template and creating something 2 years ago would have been unbelievable!  But since I discovered your excellent materials, look I'm on my way.  I sent several of these to my friends & family this holiday season & boy were they impressed! Of course I didn't tell that with your expert guidance they could easily do the same! No way, not yet anyway, I'm too busy basking in the glory!!!  Thank you, your instructions are very plain & easy for us novices and beginners to follow, no techie talk!!! As proof I offer my card!!!  Take care & happy new year & the best to you & yours in 2004! your grateful student!

I just completed my Antenna Modeling Course with a lot of Electrical Engineers who have a great use of EXCEL spreadsheets. I only missed one question on the final exam/all tests/projects with a lot of spreadsheets in Excel and ended up 3rd in my class of 11 people this term. So two folks got them all right! I was ranked in the upper 25 of 156 students. I COULD NOT HAVE DONE THIS WITHOUT YOUR HELP TEACHING ME EXCEL! Thank-you very much, Linda
*huggers*  I will see you next term in Excel 201 at Eclectic!

Hi Linda This is the end of this semester. I have enjoyed it and was introduced to some things I did not know. That means I am now wiser and also, the course was a success for me. Thank You again. I am looking forward to to your Outlook course and also level two of Excel.

From Bob

Hi Linda, I have completed lesson 6. I enjoyed the class. It was well put together and easy to follow. In fact I enjoyed it so much you are stuck with me for another 6 weeks in your Word class. Thanks for everything and I will see you next month.

I want to thank you for creating a super learning environment and always responding to each post I have made. You are one of the teachers who make online learning a worthwhile experience.

Linda, once again you top the charts with your ease of the class. I have never used the Outlook Journal but now I may use it. Thank you for all your classes I have taken and I will look to see what else is  there that I may benefit from taking. Thanks again.

Thank you for helping me to learn the effectiveness of the Office programs for a housewife. FYI, I have taken a couple of different Word classes before yours…they always bored me. I even spent a fair amount of money for one at a local university and found myself instructing the instructor after paying $120.00 for the class. I have never been that good at Word or Excel…but now I am truly learning!
You seem to have put your heart and soul into these classes….It has made a big difference to me!  If you start new classes or put out new books I am all for attending/buying them! You are an excellent teacher and I am looking forward to learning more from you!

Complete. Wow. I have really enjoyed this class and I have learned a lot. I had no idea I could manipulate data like this.  I always knew I hadn't tapped much in the way of Access but now I can hardly wait to learn what I don't know about Excel! Wow! This is great. Some of the best money I have ever spent on learning software.
From Kathy
I've completed lesson two. Hey guess what? I got a job this week, and they wanted someone who was familiar with Word 2000. I told them I was taking your class, and they said "good enough, can you start tomorrow?". Thanks Linda!
